Hello and welcome to our new website.

We provide a range of transport services to the local community, in particular the elderly and disabled.

Our "Wellibus" is a fully accessible door to door minibus service, enabling people in Wellingborough and surrounding villages to get to major supermarkets and the town centre, as well as any other group, club, or social appointment they may have. 

Wellibus also has a monthly excursion programme, providing trips to destinations such as; Rushden Lakes, garden centres, farm shops, afternoon tea, Sunday lunches and more.

Membership is just £15 for 6 months or £30 for 12 months and transport on the bus is completely FREE of charge if you hold a concessionary bus pass!

The medical  car service helps the elderly, disabled & people in need of medical transport to get to their medical appointments. 

Our volunteers drivers collect members from their homes and provide a return journey.

 An annual or six monthly subscription is required and fares for the journey are paid in cash direct to the volunteer on the day of the journey at 45 pence per mile.

We have a large selection of mobility scooters and wheelchairs that we hire out  to the public. 

ANYONE of any age who has a mobility problem can hire one to access the shops and other services within the town. 

You need to be a member of our scheme, but MEMBERSHIP is FREE. There is a small charge for the hire of the equipment which is all stored at our handy town centre office.
